The area around Malham in the Yorkshire Dales provides a great selection of photographic subjects throughout the year, so it’s not surprising that it’s one of my favourite locations for the landscape photography workshops that I run with fellow Yorkshire photographer Sam Oakes under the banner Natural Light Photography Workshops.

With so much to offer on a short circular walk we can always find something to photograph, whatever the lighting conditions.

For more images of Malhamdale, see the full Focus on Malham article on the Natural Light Workshops website, and for information on our spring and summer Malham workshops see the Malham and Gordale Scar workshop page.
