Mark runs landscape photography workshops alongside fellow Yorkshire landscape photographer and experienced tour group leader Sam Oakes as Natural Light Workshops in the spectacular Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Stunning Yorkshire Locations
We offer a series of small group landscape photography workshops based around short walks at some of the Yorkshire Dales finest locations! Our workshops are suitable for beginners upwards. Our popular Malham workshop provides beautiful Yorkshire scenery and a good variety of subject matter. On our Aysgarth workshop we concentrate on waterfall photography at Aysgarth Falls and West Burton in Wensleydale. Bolton Abbey is the location for our spring and autumn woodland photography workshops. Finally, we have an annual workshop and the rugged Ribblehead for the famous viaduct and views of the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

Small Group Photography Workshops
We keep our groups to a maximum size of six participants. This gives plenty of time for one-to-one tuition with two photographers on hand throughout the workshop. We start each day at our meeting venue with a short introductory talk over tea and coffee. Then we spend the rest of the day out in the landscape with tuition along the way. We also provide a printed handout at the end of the workshop packed with examples and tips.

Post Processing Session
An optional post-processing session is held in Harrogate the day after each day workshop, making a complete weekend photography course. Here you can learn how to make the most out of your images with informative Lightroom and Photoshop demonstrations. We also supply a detailed post-processing handout as a PDF document by email after the workshop. For full details and to make a booking visit the Natural Light Workshops website.
