About our postcards
All of our postcards are an A6 (148x105mm) horizontal design printed exclusively for Mark Sunderland Photography by The Calendar Company. The cards are beautifully printed on 300gsm TRUcard stock. The image shows the card front with the reverse inset. The postcard front has a single or multiple images with a title of the major location. The reverse of the card has a classic postcard layout with an image caption across the top and address lines on the right hand side. There is also a barcode for the postcard range. The postcards are within Royal Mail’s standard letter size for posting.
About the location
Leeds is the commercial heart of the West Yorkshire urban area and the largest city in Yorkshire. The Leeds Dusk Multiview Postcard features four twilight images from around the city centre as the evening lights are coming on. Royal Armouries (top left) with it’s spectacular Hall of Steel lit up at night is a national museum of arms and armour. Millennium Square (top right) is a city square in the Civic Quarter of Leeds, flanked by Leeds Civic Hall. Leeds Town Hall (bottom left) is a Victorian municipal building by architect Cuthbert Brodrick built in the 1850s; it is now a grade I listed building. Leeds Corn Exchange (bottom left) is another Cuthbert Brodrick grade I listed building, completed in 1863; its is now a centre for independent retailers.
