About the location
Leeds is the commercial heart of the West Yorkshire urban area and the largest city in Yorkshire. The Leeds City Centre Multiview Postcard features four landmarks from around the city centre. City Square (top left) is a spacious square near the railway station, famous for the horseback statue of The Black Prince against the backdrop of the Old Post Office. The Headrow (top right) is a main shopping thoroughfare and home to the art gallery and library and the impressive Leeds Town Hall. Park Square (bottom left) is a leafy Georgian public square; a great place to relax in the city with views of the Town Hall. Millennium Square (bottom right) combines new and old architecture; the spires of the grade II* listed Leeds Civic Hall are topped by gold owls, the symbol of Leeds.
