About our postcards
All of our postcards are an A6 (148x105mm) horizontal design printed exclusively for Mark Sunderland Photography by The Calendar Company. The cards are beautifully printed on 300gsm TRUcard stock. The image shows the card front with the reverse inset. The postcard front has a single or multiple images with a title of the major location. The reverse of the card has a classic postcard layout with an image caption across the top and address lines on the right hand side. There is also a barcode for the postcard range. The postcards are within Royal Mail’s standard letter size for posting.
About the location
The Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds is a national museum holding the national collection of arms and armour. It is part of the Royal Armouries family of museums along with The Tower of London. The modern building in Leeds was designed by architect Derek Walker and opened in 1996. On the Royal Armouries postcard, the museum is pictured at dusk from Leeds Dock with the Hall of Steel (the glass tower on the left) illuminated.
